Na... the part about "my voice" likely refers to the sonic amplifiers they used in the Lynch version. Which were actually there weapon of choice.

@@TheLadsFilmThing If you don't mind foreign films, I would recommend watching 'Mirage' (Iluzija) from 2004. It's a Macedonian coming of age movie. It's the only movie that ever made me cry. It's not a happy movie, but it's worth watching it. It's really moving and a suprisingly good film. Ofc I would recommend watching it in it's original language if you can to feel the true performance.

@TheLadsFilmThing One of the saddest would have been better description and infinitely harder somebody to critique. At any rate, I don't think lines in themselves are sad. The context is. They're like punchlines to jokes except the jokes make you cry instead of laugh.

Next you should watch TUMBBAD. IMDB 8.2 ROTTEN TOMATOES 89% Runtime 1 hr 45 mins *Best horror suspense movie ever made in India. *Twist will literally leave you speechless.* IT IS BEYOND HORROR. **You'll not believe that its budget was only 700 thousand dollars and it took 6 years to make this movie cause they want rain, the entire time in the movie and they didn't use rain machines. **The atmosphere that this movie creates is just outstanding.** Watch it without a second thought. Thank me later.

Time for some good! movie suggestions: I would love for you guys to check out 3 films from the same director in south India, all three are in the same cinematic universe and are actually very nice: If you guys plan on checking them out later or putting them on a list this is the order to watch them 1) kaithi 2) Vikram 3) Leo The cast are, basically the biggest stars in the south and all on the same movies let alone cinematic universe. This same universe shit has never happened in the industry and the universe is called LCU like the mcu with L-lokesh (first name of the director who put it all together) and will continue to with more movies and sequels to link them all together. Sorry for the long comment lolll Ah watch it in Tamil language if you can :))))

Great recommendation on adding a video, but we’re not quite sure we want to unveil ourselves when we talk such rubbish 😉 We desperately need an education on Indian films, we enjoy them so much, but obviously know nothing at all. @osiris1102

@@TheLadsFilmThing Sure. Various industries are based on different languages and regions(states). Bollywood is in the North with Hindi language. South India has 4 industries: Kollywood(Tamil language), Tollywood(Telegu language), Malyalam movie industry of Kerala and Kannada movie industry of Karnataka. Each industry has its own history, flavour, style and filmmakers. Traditionally Bollywood has been dominating the entire India but in the past decade southern industries have almost overtaken Bollywood in box office success. If you want bombastic over the top action goto kannada and telegu films. If you want excellent story based low-action and more realistic movies goto Malyalam films. If you want a good combination of these then Tamil and Bollywood are there. I will recommend you to watch Vikram(Tamil), 12th fail(Hindi), Bahubali(Telegu), RRR(Telegu), Kantara(Kannada), Tumbbad(Hindi horror), Sardar Udham(Hindi), Kaithi(Tamil), Dangal(Hindi). Also try to watch the movie in its original language and not the dubbed versions, many times Netflix will just offer dubbed versions. Pls feel free to ask any questions.
