Which dentine bonding agent do you use? Clearfill SE II? Optibond FL?

Thank you for the response ! As long as the caries diagnostics correctly held (X-ray or diagnodent laser) then it’s fine. Erosion lesion don’t have always to be repaired. But since you did the filling on the same tooth already, it could also be filled without drilling ❤

Thank you for your response. You definitely don't need any adjunct to identify erosive pits though. It was filled, but since it is dehydrated and the filled area is about .5mm, it just looks darker but in the post-op pictures it is not visible.

Yes- That is an occlusal erosion pit- not a cavity. I covered it with some composite rather than drilling healthy tooth structure away. When the tooth is dry from rubber-dam, it looks darker, but when its hydrated it looks pretty normal. Even if it wasn't covered, it is not a cavity or defect warranting removal.
