I am interested in working in research groups of the intellectual freedom concept of "decentralised science". Specifically for DIY labs progressing to community Wet labs BSL 1, renting high integrity specialised equipment like FACS machines.

Interesting. My first question. Where do the mitochondria come from? Are they grown in a lab or harvested? If harvested, where are they harvested from - blood/blood products, organs, bone marrow. Off the top of my head, my chief concern today is avoiding spike protein from Covid vaxxed people. If they can present 'clean' mitochondria and infuse these, this may be very promising. Lots of work to be done!

Are we debating fiksing a old car or are we debating unfiring a gun... Is biology a machinery or is it just a chemical change. A dandiline turns grey and we see old age but in nature its just part of an unstoppable prosess.

I think it’s obvious. Because if females outlive males in every species, then testosterone is actually harmful to the body. That’s why men have many more problems as they age including baldness. This isn’t complex at all.

We have grown our understanding, but we lost our longevity of life. The more we alter our food sources the shorter life we live in pain with medical technology. We need to stop altering our food supply and go back to eating simple foods and not ultra process food, products, synthetic foods, synthetic oil, and all this nuts so things that I've made us really unhealthy.

We may tweak nature but the nurture part may throw a monkeys wrench. What good is it to live long when we have an environment that isn't conducive to our existence?

You're right. Promoting longevity includes the politics involved. Like getting it insured. The biology is excity but the rest of the practice is required.

Thank you, Alexandra. I and research collaborators totally agree with you in this project. The Scihab helped us to construct a theoretical model for physics, mathematical physics and a new thermoelectric conversion technology. We are currently working on them. I am a researcher in a small university and I cannot afford to pay for papers nor publish in journals more than 3000usd article charge. The new theory and technology are not possible without Scihab. Thank you very much!.

My problem with experimental gene therapy is when it is forced onto a global population via illegal mandates and coercion without knowing the short, medium and long term side effects. Given the increasing rates of adverse effects and skyrocketing cancers since February 2021 I would be concerned if I had one of these gene therapy experiments injected into my system. I resisted and lost my job opposing this Covid experimental product line not a vaccine but my medical interiority was worth it.

The problem with life extension therapy (and with organs regeneration/printing) is that seems to be addressed to mice. I had thought about a company buying an island to do research aimed at humans..... and that's what the company used by Bryan seems to do, but we need more company like those. Playing with mice doesn't advance antiaging therapy in humans.

do you really think humans are this, I mean to this EXTENT s t u p i d? How could human become so gullible? What made human become this brainless to listen to these cartoons talk "programming" some robot human, by lets say decreasing their age 24.5627 years, bringing their cumulative age to -2.6423 years. In other words they are not born yet. Haaaah .... hoooooh. Has no one got their brains left?

Sorry for all the comments. We hear comments help the KZfaq algorithm. So, I’ve got lots of reports I can offer to researchers regardless of whether my Dad can do the trial. I’ve got Inside Tracker, scans, genetic (23andme - and he’s double APOE4), now ZOE (I’m trying to increase his lactobacillus species based on the research - lots of salads, fruits like berries), bloodwork- happy to donate this data if it’s helpful at all for any associative data research.

The comment above should read: the animals, even with measurable life extension still died. Did they die because there was a reversion to an old mouse transcriptome. Or did they die even though they had a more youthful transcriptome.

It’s peculiar that the Yamanaka factors create a measurable life extension. Two questions come to mind, 1). what types of cells, and what percentage of cells were actually successfully inoculated with the Yamanaka factors. 2). The animals even with measurable extension of life still died. Did they die Even though there was a reversion to an old mouse transcriptome, Or even with a more youthful transcriptome they died anyway?

Keeping asking questions, cause no one can ever 'answer' any of the questions which have no answer to begin with. The whole modern science is a mockery of basic human intellect. You people have become dolls, robots, brainless. Or read a clueless research paper, or get admission at the charlatan Ivy leagues, the architects of this money exhorting machinery. Just as good as the talismanic dollar, equally smart its people. Please have some brain.
