Unfortunately it seams the game has changed, im not able to create an instance without payment, so this have most likely been ruled out by now :( I could have used this to test/train a LLM but not any more. it seams to require a payment method, at least for me.

It's clearly designed for headless applications. While you technically could set up X and forwarding and assuming that works with gpu acceleration it would probably be terrible latency wise. It would be like other game streaming services just worse.

@@VitisCZ something i was thinking about doing is setting up a windows vm then setting up parsec. ive used parsec in the past and its surprising that you get actual decent latency if you configure it right. knowing that this vps has really good quality machines, in my opinion it might be good

to those who are new to segfault, it is a container not an actual vps, they since then lower the bandwidth for each container because of abuse (mining, ddos etc)

I can't see the ./ssh folder in the user directory I've recently enabled the ssh for client and server from the optional features.

it will probably be called .ssh not ./ssh - On Windows its C:\Users\Nameofuser\.ssh (or %HOMEPATH%/.ssh if you want to use the abreviated form) - if you use Linux it will be /home/nameofuser/.ssh (or ~/.ssh in abreviated form)

afaik you simply can't. you would have to disable virtualization/hyper-v/etc, restart your pc, and have vanguard running. when you want to open docker you enable everything, restart pc, etc...
