The battery wobble is intended. It’s actually to save the battery from all the impacts the wrench makes. It’s called a battery isolater which is what that black bracket is separating the battery from the tool. Allows it to reduce shock and increase your battery life while using that tool specifically.

If you have a jack that can grab both sides of the frame from the rear and jack up on it (I know it’s not ideal to pick up on the frame and stretch the air bags ) BUT, when you do that when the nuts are loose the torque arm will legit slide right down the bolts and you can nearly 90% of the time just pull the passenger side off that way and the driver just comes off with a pry bar after the bolts are loosened

Technically only qualified mechanic should adjust automatic slack adjusters. Drivers should not adjust them. Manual slack adjusters ok for drivers to adjust but not automatic slack adjusters .
