No man of God covers the church. Jesus is sufficient to cover his bride, the church. Jesus gave gifts (Prophets, Apostles, Teachers, Pastors, Evangelists) to the church, to serve the church. They are custodians of the mystery, plan and purpose of God, and God uses them to carry out his agenda. This group of People are not covering over the church of God. I say again, Jesus is the cover of the church. Some men of God assume the position of covering to control and manipulate. Every leader must point members to Jesus the Christ, who is the cover, not himself as the cover. The real priest and intercessors over the church recognized in the high ranks don't brag about it. The higher you go spiritually, the humble you become. If you read the epistles of Paul, you'd understand his disposition.

You can't superimpose family covering over the church of Christ. This shows a gross misunderstanding of how to interpret scripture. Nowhere in scripture would you see church governance by an unaccountable man. Please look into why churches had to ordain bishops and deacons. The church of Christ will continue if you misbehave but your social organization might come to its end :)

Is it an abomination for these guys calling themselves pastors or prophet to find and do legitimate business? Who made him cover over anyone? Holy Spirit is our covering. Please build a personal relationship with the Father and stop listening to motivational speaker aka pastor.
