I remember in the 90s my gym teacher had us doing squat thrusts. I remembered the name and didn't know if it was actually a thing still that people do today. Glad it is. 🎉❤

Its not important. It just makes for a different more powerful move. So it's just 'different' depending on goals and challenge. You can do lots of different ways.
