I had an accident on my enduro, I did hurt my spine but I’m ok now, And brother I’ve been searching for so long what I did that was wrong, and now I know I was not wearing gloves was the problem, plus the brakes were too far , so my hands slipped
@GoodTrails4 күн бұрын
Good point about reach! Brake lever reach is something I have been experimenting with lately. The further your lever reach, the more stress you are putting on your forearms, which tires your arms out faster, and therefore reduces grip strength and causes arm pump.

@GoodTrailsАй бұрын
Do you have good brakes? My new bike has Codes and it took a lot of the stress of my arms and joints. You should also try a fatter grip. And if you can afford it, nicer fork or have your old fork serviced. My new bike has pretty much eliminated my arm pump problem accept on the most blown out trails.

Tremblant ranks their groomers using a grade over distance calculation. Tremblant gets a lot of beginner skiers and riders. I think they were generally conservative with their beginner trail ratings - it probably helps keeps their insurance cost down. Ski their a few times and you'll find the goods tho! For advanced skier's, Tremblant has focused a lot of energy on tree skiing in the past couple of years and they have some really nice glades. Their are also a few natural snow trails like Dynamite, that are absolutely nuts!

Your skiing and biking clips from Mont Ste Marie caught my eye for their realism and fun vibe. Would it be okay if I use a couple of short segments from these clips in my video? Happens every year, as u lose muscle over the winter, only to gain it back in summer and the cycle continues. This is called "yoyo fitness.". Instead, get a road bike and a trainer and ride indoors during the winter to stay fresh year round
