Mallakhumba was a pole sport in India and it’s a sport , art and anything you want it to be. Stigma to pole dancing but luckily not to belly dancing ! We are weird people. My first lesson- fire man spin, second lesson , attitude and martini cocktail, so much more to come … utterly enjoying this fitness activity- called Pole Dance and this video is so helpful to understand how to engage core muscles, gain momentum etc.

is the x-Pole Pro supposed to lock and lock if A- and B-Pole are disconnected? So its only the base with the x-Lock and the A-Pole and its right now in spin mode laying on the ground!!...so by twisting the x-Lock should it lock to non spinning??

magnetics will locate screws in a joist and give a more accurate idea of the centre

What a fun video! Hey X-pole, I got a spinning X-pert (2010), a finely engineered beast! But now I need a little help on the adjuster joint. The two screws under the adjuster cover no longer line up with the flat area they are supposed to, when I remove them completely I can see screw threads underneath, oh no! How can I turn it to line it up properly again??

@@MsP0le lol so i actually did figure it out... you just gotta really tighten them even if it feels like they wont budge lol and eventually the top part wont raise up. literally when i did it it made a squeaking sound lol i just hope when its time to take em down i can.

My pole does not have an "x" on the base. How do I know where to line it up? I tighten it as much as I can but it still spins in static mode.

If it doesn’t have the x, it’s not a static/spin pole. Only static I believe. Edit for typo.

Even when I tighten the screws my pole won't come back to static mode... I don't know what to do, it keeps spinning a little so I can't pull it out to pack it away.

Hi! If you need a shorter B pole, yes, that’s possible. We do not recommend adding extensions to the existing B pole though.

Hi. What pole is it, please? Also, you should have three x-joints with any pole purchased, so there should be no need to purchase an additional joint.
