I think it'd be funny if Maximus would weld an extra piece of Armor over the chest piece when he gets his own armor in season 2

By the look of it, the bullet hits the rubbery part below the main part of the chest plate, given that this part is shown on the frame in 4/76, I think it’s safe to assume it’s the frame that has the flaw not the armour. Basically I’m saying every single suit of Power Armour, apart from all the armours in the ‘Advanced’ series which covers it with metal plates (minus X-01), has this flaw.

Nolan's case is no different, he only experimented the harshness, cruelty and rule of the stronger from the viltrum society, he arrived earth like a perfect soldier, a man that just does what he's commanded no matter how violent or how cruel his mission is. Until he met Debbie, his wife, she teached him about kindess, love and compassion over others, that the nonsense violence of the viltrum empire was pointless and was causing harm to everyone, including Nolan himself. The fact that lesser and weaker beings can teach to such complex creatures as ourselves about how preciouss and beautiful life is is certanly fascinating and that's the very same thing Omniman experienced with his family on earth
