So just to be clear; are you for or against treating every student the same? Im assuming you are for treating every child (and really every person) the same no matter the race or other immutable characteristic and individual assistance for those who require more. If so I commend you. 👏 For those who arent for treating everyone the same, Id say this: Why not treat people the way you wish to be treated and cease categorizing them into victim groups? The cult-like narratives to which you have been indoctrinated at university, which you then impose on everyone, often ostracizing those who disagree or do not conform, are arguably as "colonial" as it gets, given your manipulation and distortion of the term. Moreover, it is inappropriate to transform and misuse such terms into the evolving "woke" nomenclature. This approach is a form of totalitarianism, employing language control to create doublethink and confusion, and it is not a commendable practice. Language should evolve naturally through social consensus. Please desist from these absurd virtue crusades and focus on your responsibilities. You may find greater satisfaction if you move beyond the need for instant gratification through moral grandstanding and recognize that true good deeds often go unseen and unrecognized, except by those whose lives you impact, yet they resonate throughout a lifetime.

So you’re saying that low expectation is okay? If so, no it is NOT!! You see kids graduate high school and can barely read. That’s very damaging to them and sets them up for failure. Colonialism is setting low expectation for minorities.
