I have made at least 5 of your suggested exercises "A daily habit" (4 years now), and managed to make my nose thinner Besides, this i have practiced "mewing" for 3 years to correct my jaw and teeth, and noticed I no longer need my glasses. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! 😍🥲

Peta, first thanks for your job and what you do for us! You are so lovely and kind. I did not start the program yet, for now I am watching all of your videos to understand better. But I have a question for you, something I am worried about: my face is very thin and now (43), cause of a lot of major depressions, I have no more fat on it and my lower face has suddenly saggy. I don't recognize my self: only 4 year ago they thought I was 28 years old, and now I seem I have 70. Does face aerobics could help me even if I am so thin, like a "bone face"? Unfortunately, even if I have lost only two kg, the sorrow made the rest. :(

Hi Maria, I am so sorry you have gone through all of that. Major depression is quite insidious. Yes, Facerobics can help, just give it a go and see how your face starts to develop. If you see changes you do not like, simply stop doing them. I hope you feel better soon 💖💖💖

My personal experience: The point of my nose has been always deviated to the left. I’ve been doing Peta’s whole system for 5 years and I can tell it has diminished. Also, when we age, the point of the nose tends to go downwards. We can prevent this exercising these muscles. Thank you, Peta!!!!!!

It prevents it from drooping which happens when we are getting older. It not only prevents it, but actually reverses it. It was very effective for me and it works quickly.

Hi, I haven't explained how to do the exercise schedule. I start with level 1, for 5 days, then take a break for 2 days. Then I do level 2, for the same number of days, and the same rest time. Then I do level 3. After that, how do I maintain it so that it doesn't go back to its original form? Another thing I didn't expand on was that in the other video Dr Peta said I should only do the exercises until I liked the shape of my nose, because if I kept doing them, it would change shape, but if I'm satisfied with its shape before finishing the exercise schedule, what do I do? Hi Pita, I am 60 years old and this is the first time I’m going through eachseries of your facerobics program. I am so excited to see the results. I currently have braces and the orthodontist doctor does not want me pushing my tongue against my teeth. Is there another way to do this excercise?
