Don't use it underside, you may damage the urethra. Start with minimum intensity and time.

@@SyedAliPT OK But just once on the underside I hope didn't damage. i used the settings you used in the video I honestly felt a change after the 2nd use, I will continue daily if I can. It's a bit noisy and I don't want to have to tell people where the noise is coming from. Thanks for your kind and quick reply!

Sure, you can make sure the following things are as follows: 1:) Air Pressure in your car tyres 30 to 32 PSI. 2:) Oil and Air Filter are in Good Condition 3:) ECU has no fault codes. 4:) Clutch and Pressure Plate are good. 5:) Variable resistor is also working (you can find it attached to left shock absorber curve inside the bonnet. 6:) Check your driving habits (drive at low rpms). (You can also Whatsapp me, +923315191713).

Yes the silicon sleeves (Blue Caps) can be removed. They won't burn the skin. The silicone sleeves are to avoid contamination.

Honestly, its the only device/shock therapy that will get deep enough in my muscle tissue and fibers.Wish there was a mount for a hands free use, so I can get my shoulder blades without asking someone to do it for me.

This is a Radial Shockwave Therapy Machine. It does improve ED. I am a Physical Therapist by Profession and I have recommended this machine to many patients and their feedback is positive. Of course it is one major part of the treatment, the other part is also needed for it to work. For that advice, I give consultancy and ai Charge 100 US Dollars for that.
