@@Bearmusclefitness_ Whether or not she remained natural I do not know, but many...I would even say MOST, bodybuilders of that time were encouraged to start out natural in order to learn how to eat and train and see what their body can do without enhancement. I am sure that Kai encouraged this for her as well, as he knows all too well the risks of chemical enhancement for professional bodybuilding and would not suggest it for someone just starting out and learning about their body.

the skit where all the burners are on is them making fake content for the video. bodybuilding is harmful for health, its totally being unfit, plus lifting weights in the gym is unhealthy too, doing workout without dumb bells, using ur own body weight is perfect and best for us. meat is harmful. these are brainwashed ppl and satanic bullshit propaganda to brainwash the sheep

@@MikePulcinellaVideo why do you rinse your chicken?
@MikePulcinellaVideoАй бұрын
@@_Imsosorry_ chicken is processed in chaotic conditions and can contain several kinds of bacteria on the surface. The reason rinsing chicken is frowned upon is because you can spread the bacteria to the sink and countertops if you are not careful. It is a legitimate concern but I am careful and have never had a problem. Is rinsing necessary? Hard to say. It may not be.
