Nothing is wrong, just like the warning says, there's an existing user with the name, check the WordPress user section to confirm this.

No, it doesn't copy backend resources. You have static frontend files that can always be edited by changing the code in your file manager or using a tool like bluegriffon like I mentioned, anytime you make changes to the files, reupload them back to the server.

It's an HTML website without a backend, if you need a backend then you have to convert to WordPress. I have lots of tutorials on that.

@@JustDaps my client wants to copy their website and relaunch it using my hosting. Once I download the httrack copy of the website I want to upload it to the wordpress setup they have. Im struggling to upload the site so it can go live. It didnt copy the styling .. thats why I was asking before it it copied the whole website or only some things

@@simonchoren87 You cannot upload it to WordPress, it is not a WordPress website. Delete the WordPress files on their hosting and install the HTML files instead. Have a WordPress backup if the current WordPress has any relevant information or data.
