Just came across the channel the other day. Thanks for reigniting the spark in me of why I studied (study) these arts. We've seen, what i can only describe as, miracles, with myself and my family from TCM, even BAD (as in not precise) TCM, So to hear about someone like Dr Wu who is doing such focused, precise and high quality TCM, it makes me feel so inspired. I am 59 and have been a CHW ( cluster headache warrior) for about 20 years battling about 3 attack cycles a year and I have tried just about everything there is medicinal wise outside of having a transistor implanted in my head. If you are a CHW I don’t have to tell you about the impending fear of attack you live with daily during a cycle because it is not even a question of if it’s coming because it’s coming period every damn day and every damn night in my case anyway. So cut to the chase I watched this and many other Cluster videos as I usually do when I’m in a cycle and feeling helpless and I have to say this one here is freaking insane, not because it sounds so ridiculous but because it freakin works. I was having an attack and was already in freeze burn, hot poker through the skull mode and started searching for this acupressure sweet spot and frantically but eventually found it and applied sustained pressure on the side of my neck on the side that my headache always occurs and with in a minute or so the shooting pain in my head and eye stopped!! Completely!!! I have no idea what sorcery this is but WTF!!! It worked I kept applying pressure for about 10 mins alternating fingers and hands to keep the pressure on the spot and I have to say this really worked for me. I will keep doing this throughout this cycle with my fingers crossed that this is a real deal breaker for me. Hopefully this works for others out there as well and yes I’m a real F-ing person!!!

This video is too short, doesn't explain and is incomplete. While it may be a sound problem, where is mention of the herb mugwort? Does he mean to make a tea from it and soak the feet? What does the herb do? The pressure points he strokes are acupuncture points, but if you don't know that, he is talking mystery.

My cluster headaches have just started again, always happens as soon as autumn or spring starts. I will try this next time I get an attack, will probably be tomorrow at some point as it is almost every day.

This help me a lot during my pregnancy I used to have terrible headaches
