Wait…we really don't know why Snape is the half-blood prince? Isn’t it revealed in the movie?
@darthangel310Күн бұрын
My biggest hangup for the series is that they never explain who the creators of the Marauder’s Map are, which is odd since they refer to Peter Pettigrew as Wormtail for the rest of the series, and sometimes refer to Sirius as Padfoot.

Snap states in the movie that he is the halfblood prince when Harry is attacking him on the school grounds near hagrid's Hut after Snape kills Dumbledore

I saw the movies with a friend who didn't read the books and was constantly confused with certain points. After each movie I had to explain certain plot points which were left out.

All of hollywood is pulling this crap. It's just bad writing bc they don't get paid enough. The witcher went to shit. Star wars went to shit. Umbrella Academy was shit and went further into it. Rings of power etc.

I had that exact mandela effect and didn't even realise until now!

The entire story about the Marauders and their relationship with Snape. The movies only had one single, very short scene in OotP when Harry looked into Snape's mind

The fact that Voldemort’s body was recovered in the books actually letting the world know he was actually unalived instead of disintegrating him which with his history definitely is gonna cause people to wonder if it’s actually true.

I personally believe that each film sans film one and two could have been two part films and we all would have paid 100% yes sir, if that meant the extra content from the books made it in. I want Winky, tf??? Although them choosing to break the elder wand in the films made an infinite amount more sense than returning it like in the books, that’s one change I stand with 😂

They definatly make a point to say that Sirius owned Grimald place and as his god son and only heir, it would be common sense to put together that Harry now owns all that Sirius owned. It's not written out for you but the info is there

That’s why ppl all ways say you should all so read the book when it comes to movies based of novels.

This has nothing to do with Mandela effect. How did you not notice how many things were skipped over in the movies? There were so many things I hadn't even noticed these things because I read the books multiple times.

Are we changing the meaning of "Mandela Effect" now? Because this ain't that.
@turtlethuggin4 күн бұрын
The hogwarts i pictured is probably different than the ones you guys did. It was only after the movies came along that we all had the same general road map for the wizarding world with the same aesthetics and all that. Theres something inherently personal about reading stories. Youre using the details provided to build the rest of the world in your heads, we do it without trying and im pretty sure its one of the reasons that the Harry Potter series was so popular. Rowling left enough space for the reader, we all kinda lived there in our own ways for a little bit.
@bink91134 күн бұрын
In all respect, that's not how a Mandela effect works. Now, if u watched the movie a bunch of times and remember every scene and then watch it again like years later and realize something changed, then yes. That goes for the book, too. Anyways, i get what you're saying, though.

Books 4-7 needed to all have 2 parts, and be longer. Order of the Phoenix was my favorite book, and I was so disappointed from the movie. They left out so much stuff. I should actually reread them, havent done so in 14 years, I forgot alot of stuff that happened from the books.
