Okay, wow! Im going back to reiko. Here's the thing, I've been a reiko main (with liu kang as my secondary) since the game came out. But for the past couple of days, I've been trying to learn takeda because he's one of my favorite characters. The problem is that takedas execution is just way too difficult for me. The thing that drew me to reiko in the first place was that his execution is... not necessarily easy, but just not as finger gymnastics heavy as a lot of the other characters. Im in my mid-30s, and my fingers just aren't as nimble as they were when I was in my 20s. No matter what, I will never be able to get that 24 to come out after the bf3 for takeda. I think i just have to accept that reiko is my main.

I always get excited whenever a new character drops but then reality hits me and I remember why I only play with friends and never KL or kasuals 😂 good stuff tho

Definitely an interesting option, I'm not entirely comfortable with utilizing her stuff just yet, but I think I'll put her as one of my main rotation. Cameos. I've been utilizing Janet and Movado mostly, but Farah helps a good amount. I'm unable to determine how much damage I'm doing currently, I was trying to test out how much damage a single pain and a gain stack, and a double stack of pain and gain would add to the command grab by itself and then when you enhance the command grab, I do know that if you hit the command grab and call the ambush air stance for Farrah. Farrah, you can get a 19% combo if you don't spend resources besides the Cameo gauge. Would you happen to know the different command grab damages?

Eh there’s no real synergy. She does about the same thing with any other character and she doesn’t give anything extra for Reiko apart from allowing him to set up with F4 and even get meterless damage with 434.

I faced Cossner in my pools at Evo. As soon as I selected Reiko he said “ if you play anything like Silents, I will be in trouble” I started laughing my ass off. I reassured him he won’t have anything to worry about lol - and he didn’t.

As a kung lao and reiko player​​⁠ idk if i’m not the only who is noticing that without kameos , he’s the worst character in the game. He needs some serious buffs and new moves. Usually reiko is not a grappler but a rushdown character.they need to bring his spinning kick back too.
