Do you have a similar and quick technique to make this knot to a bracelet only from these knots? I mean a prayer rope but the simple and quick knitting technique?

I bought some 3/32nd paracord and it's terrible to use, very stiff and get's twisted. But it worked out in the end!

Thank you for your effort but you are not clear on your very last move which negates the entire effort. Try again, get the entire picture capturing the move and go slowly through to completion.

I'm a beginner, just starting the hobby. For some reason, I decided to use a length of narrow bungee cord for this. Well, there's a reason, I use a bungee cord for lanyards on my EDC flashlights. However, tying a two-strand diamond knot with bungee ... was not without some frustration and hand cramps.

I will just stick to a over hand knot.
