No, the original stands way stronger. Not bad of course but lost the edge. Seems a tad chill in comparison nevermind the tempo. The extra addition is welcomed, points for that.

Unpopular opinion: The hospital in Resident Evil Survivor is one of the most creepiest places in the Resident Evil games. No bones, no blood, no corpses, but with a disturbing atmosphere, a huge feeling of loneliness, and this theme that makes you feel very uncomfortable all the time.

This banger was so good when selecting characters in the game, always got me hyped to play. Many people don’t like this game, but it was honestly a different spin on RE and kinda want them to try it again

After all the intense music, especially from the sieges, this was a welcome addition.

This is just...breathtaking. I'm eternally grateful they got the original composer for this, and I'm equally as sad this game has zero publicity. Ever since I learned of Actraiser I believed it needed more attention, but sadly it stays unheard.

I played the original and heard this on loop a hundred times and still loved it. While I am glad the remake has new music for each realm, I couldn't ever shake the feeling that the start of this music sound too similar to the Great Ace Attorney game somehow. One of the areas sounds similar perhaps? 🤔

Whenever this played you knew it was time to sit forward in your seat and frown.

Another theme that always stuck in my head. At first I found it too invasive, but as it looped it became a favourite. The remake captures it brilliantly, without making it sound too invasive.

This one felt very loyal to the original, so much so that whenever I came across a boss I felt I was a child again and trying to learn their moves. Incredible work.

The original was breathtaking, this remake was fantastic, but sadly my favourite is still the Techworks cover I found in my recommended years ago.

A little bummed they didn't animate the weaving title like the original, but this music makes up for it. The original music made me stop and listen, and this remake is so amazing it gives me goosebumps.

Dayum, they didn’t have to go so hard on this remake. I’m halfway into it and I’m already blown away. They took one of the best video game tracks and improved it in almost every aspect. Bravo

I really prefer Roman Heuser version. It's like Renaissance had no art director. Sorry to be so rude I know people worked hard on it but this game deserved better graphics and music.
