I made this for my birthday this year ( mainly to use all the yolks left over from I. M. Buttercream ) and it came out great! Had to use EVOO instead of V. Oil but it came out great! Thank you

Correction to my comment about cutlets...I see you are "MAKING" cutlets from ground turkey, not STARTING with turkey cutlets. A bit confusing in the title.

I started using parchment several years ago for pizza. I don't like the corn meal crunch and half the time I'm struggling to get the pizza off the peel and onto the stone. Either it sticks or jiggling it dislodges my toppings. Parchment has saved my sanity! 😅

No, this is not toasted buckwheat, I add raw brown buckwheat first and then fry it a little in a pan before adding water.
