there's a easier way of doing it great video by the way if you grab the bushing itself clip it on where the shifter cable goes then grab your shifter cable itself and push down on the bushing and it done ..works like a charm

hey man i need help doing this on a 2018 silverado, you still around? my brake light sensor has like 4 wires coming from it, id like to just interrupt the ground with a switch but im not sure if itd work on my truck, thoughts?

How many valves does a 2011 have? I have a 2011 and when it’s idling it’s fine. Once you put in gear and have the air on it seems like it wants to die out. Took is somewhere and they say a valve is sticking but not sure which one as they didn’t have a compression test while the car is running.

I did not have a 14 mm for my 1/2 drive socket wrence. Used 9/16. Seemed to work. Putting on a new belt was much tighter fit than it looked in the vid but I got it on. Watching you do it was a big help, thank you!!!!!

I'm waiting for my alternator to come bought it online much much cheaper and then I'm going to do it the way you did it through the top and my little panel behind the wheel isn't there neither so I'll let you know how I made out I'm in Vegas so it's 110°the alternator doesn't get here for another few days so I'll have everything off by then I'm going to take my time already got the battery disconnected and the reservoir off I'm going to spray down the alternator bolts let them sit overnight since it's so dry here can I power wash my motor down all the time 😞 my motors much much cleaner that's just me but thank you for the video I'm going to use it

Fixbook i have a 2003 DODGE CARAVAN SE V6 3.3L and i want to check the transmission fluid but im not understanding and comprehending how to do it correctly because the haynes manual and service manual explains different. Haynes manual 1. Automatic transaxle 29 The automatic transaxle fluid level should be carefully maintained. Low fluid level can lead to slipping or loss of drive, while overfilling can cause foaming and loss of fluid. 30 With the parking brake set, start the engine, then move the shift lever through all the gear ranges, ending in Neutral. The fluid level must be checked with the vehicle level and the engine running at idle. Note: Incorrect fluid level readings will result if the vehicle has just been driven at high speeds for an extended period, in hot weather in city traffic, or if it has been pulling a trailer. If any of these conditions apply, wait until the fluid has cooled (about 30 minutes). 31 With the transaxle at normal operating temperature, remove the dipstick from the filler tube. The dipstick is located on the left side of the engine compartment (see illustration). Note: Normal operating temperature is after a few miles of driving. 1-04.31.jpg4.31 The automatic transaxle dipstick is located at the left end of the engine 32 Wipe the fluid from the dipstick with a clean rag and push it back into the filler tube until the cap seats. 33 Pull the dipstick out again and note the fluid level. 34 At normal operating temperature, the fluid level should be between the two upper reference holes (HOT) (see illustration). If additional fluid is required, add it directly into the tube using a funnel. Add the fluid a little at a time and keep checking the level until it’s correct. Note: Wait at least two minutes before rechecking the fluid level allowing the fluid to fully drain into the transaxle. 1-04.34.jpg4.34 Check the fluid with the transaxle at normal operating temperature - the level should be kept in the HOT range 35 The condition of the fluid should also be checked along with the level. If the fluid at the end of the dipstick is a dark reddish-brown color, or if it smells burned, it should be changed. If you are in doubt about the condition of the fluid, purchase some new fluid and compare the two for color and smell. Service Manual 1. Fluid Level Check: The transmission sump has a fluid level indicator (dipstick) to check oil similar to most automatic transmissions. It is located on the left side of the engine. Be sure to wipe all dirt from dipstick handle before removing. The torque converter fills in both the P Park and N Neutral positions. Place the selector lever in P Park to be sure that the fluid level check is accurate. The engine should be running at idle speed for at least one minute, with the vehicle on level ground. At normal operating temperature 82° C (180° F), the fluid level is correct if it is in the HOT region on the oil level indicator (Fig. 209). The fluid level should be within the COLD region of the dipstick at 27° C (80° F) fluid temperature.
