My god, thank you. Daenerys is one of the most boring and over the top characters of all time. Her story was interesting because of the other people around her. Read the books and feel the same way.

Honestly it would’ve been fine if they just kept the Joker, only making sly references to him while giving the other villains the spotlight, but of course, nobody can go 2 seconds without milking the joker, and it led to what could’ve been a clever nod to the idea of the joker existing, into just mocking the rules they were given for the sake of more view than if they didn’t have the Joker play a major role

Tiny nitpick, but the show definitely takes place later than 1999. I mean, we’ve seen that cellphones have become commonplace, and it wasn’t even common for them to be affordable until 1999

I'm not a huge Sansa fan, but she was taught by Cersei, who was taught by Tywinn. And she went through a lot with the Boltons, and did a lot at the Vale. That is a lot of life experience with a lot of big players.

theon dying was the most painful thing to me. i legit started panicking when the music was building up like that, and i just knew what was next. i literally asked my mom to pause it so i could take a second lmao. to me, that speaks volumes that i got through the entire thing up until that point without pausing. also the go to response for saddest death is usually the red wedding, but that is just traumatizing tbh. it doesn’t even hurt until some time after because it takes so long to truly process what’s happened.

I thought gotham was one of the best portrayals of the joker. The dude did great in both roles. Joker year one. The 3 joker types are very similar.

Well no, killing Dickon and Randyll doesn't show Daenerys' true colors, it was duty, Ned did, Robb did and Jon Snow also did it, twice. Just replace it with a beheading and nobody would say anything about it
