Sums up DJs nowadays tryed to mix one 12” inch vinyl in and couldn’t do it stuck to cdjs for the whole thing even with loads of vinyl in the room, never played one of them vinyl mixing is a skill not just beat sync or whatever they use nowadays 👎🏼🫵🏼

Calm down pal, I taught myself at 13 years of age in the mid 90s to mix on vinyl on a set of belt drive turntables, your talking like it’s learning how to play the violin,

I was doing illegal party’s early 90s pal every week use records then lot harder than pressing the auto mix button or whatever they use nowadays

@@mrpaulheal1 not all djs do that mate, there’s no need to as cdjs have a bpm reading, it really isn’t that deep, like all walks of life, technology moves forward and evolves, not sure if your aware but the likes of Sasha John digweed Carl fox Danny howells use all the modern technologies today and still at the top of there game, do you still use a Nokia brick phone use dial up internet and beta max,

@@Big_bang_zhang yeah, technology moves on, but I will always prefer seeing DJs use records that is an art and you don’t get any help from the technology just you and your crowd. You could pre-record a set and pretend to be DJing and people wouldn’t know with them CDjs

Ace mix! ❤ really glad I found this on my run this morning! 🏃‍♀️ In terms of the discussion above about mixing in/out of For What You Dream - the end bit is like a separate tune all of its own (love it) and Direct Me Sasha’s 3am drop mix goes perfectly into it. Not that I’ve ever done it myself mind you 😂🎉
