Good machine. I don't see a way to use pre-ground coffee, though. I prefer to control the grind myself but other than that, great value

Do not buy this coffee machine!! It is cheap junk! Do not waste your time or money with this poor quality company, manufacturer and product. The machine is inferior quality - wherever you are in the world do not buy! Purchase a far superior branded machine from a reputable company with provenance, warranty and customer service. The mcilpoog WS203 was purchased for me as a gift during December 2022 and was €650/$700! There are loads of branded bean 2 cup machines available for this price. I had a delonghi bean to cup machine previously which still works and is 12 years old. The mcilpoog WS203 machine stopped working in May 2024. The machine was used as per instructions. The company says the coffee machine has a two year warranty which is a lie!. Their customer service will not t try to resolve the issue, replace or return the item, despite giving item and order details on several occasions. The customer service takes 2 days to respond to an email. The customer service will try to make you take apart the coffee machine apart for you, as the customer, to fix yourself!! - I mean unscrewing covers and taking parts out the machine! Extremely difficult and despite the health and safety risks and dangers, when this has been completed with a video of proof sent to they then say it’s a now a different part! They are a sham company. No customer service. Poor quality! Trading standards exist in the UK for a reason and stop sellers like this, which reporting the company to despite the fact they are based in China. Hopefully the company will go bust, they do not deserve to trade.

Hello, I have asked myself the same thing, I have purchased this machine and as a professional barista I must say that it is good but there is a lot of room for improvement, especially in the materials, for example it is a type plastic that smells burnt when heated.

@@juliocesarbriseno5892 si la recomiendo, a pesar de tener ciertas deficiencias considero que es buena máquina y aún por el precio esta bien, mejor incluso que máquinas como Breville, aunque no en la calidad de los materiales con la que está construida. Incluso en algún negocio pequeño, dónde lo fuerte no sea el café podría resultar bastante bien. Pd. Si quieres obtener mejores resultados en tus extracciones recomiendo cambiar a: portafiltro desnudo, distribuidor y tamper automático (para que no haya variaciones de un espresso a otro, sobre todo si no tienes tanta experiencia)
