Reddick/Sam Cassell are your coaches, they know the game of basketball better than most of the other candidates that are still available, they are both long term coach's that will not cost you initially, they are players coach's and will manage the locker room along with LeBron and AD's input. We must get two real bigs next to AD. (ie 2020 chip), Valanciunas, Drumond, Dwight etc, we need a six man (Bobby Portes, Dramond, for additional support etc.) We need a two way guard to contend with Jamal Murry and Anthony Edwards..... Demar/Caruso/Donovan/Keli Ubrea/Marcus Smart/JaMonte Murray/ Brogden etc. We have more than enough assets and picks to make this happen. Doc Rivers, Ty Lue, Chauncy Billups, etc none of which had ever coached prior to there position with the exception of being one assistant amongst many. There are enough picks, contracts, mid level and minimum money to make it happen.

Well I am done with the Lakers..How many coaches will be fired before the ownership takes the blame for the poor roster selection they have let alot of talent get traded away..Alot of former Laker players are still playing in the Playoffs while LBJ & A.D. are in CanCun..

I hope LBJ can be a playing coach of the Lakers, and may the organization surround him with the best available assistant coaches. The idea of being the playing coach and hopefully handle his son Bronny in the future is surely dope. To handle his son as a coach and have the chance to play alongside with him on the nba floor will truly be one for the books. Hope it happens!🤞
