Is there a maximum shipping weight limit when using a SPD? We’ve got 76 boxes, and these multiple boxes have a total shipping weight of 1,500 lbs. Can we still use SPD for this type of shipment? I see that it its more than 150 lbs, should use LTL instead. But, is this weight actually referring to a single unit or single box or the total weight of multiple boxes. Thanks

Sorry you feel that way, FBA and having a warehouse is a setup that a lot of more advanced sellers have. You need to prep the products before Amazon can Fulfill them. You order / buy product, You prepare it for Amazon to know what listing it’s going to, how many your sending, etc They then store it in their warehouse for you. Then when it sells they fulfill they order Our warehouse is for prepping and storage to ship to Amazon. We do not ship to customers. I hope this clears it up

I appreciate the video my guy, im trying to work up the courage to start asking my suppliers for discounts but haven't figured out the best way to apprpoach it, this video helped for sure though. That being said, in your opinion what is the minimum purchase order you think you should submit to your supplier to ask for a discount on? the guy in the video mentioned 2k but that seems unusually low and im sure most distributors etc wont go for that, so what do you think i should aim for before pulling that trigger?

Good question, specifically in the video that rep said $2,000 per brand, not $2,000 for an order. The total orders we are placing per month with these guys are around or above $100,000 a month and we’re looking to grow that as well. For normal vendors i’d make sure you’ve spent at least $50,000 with them total (bare minimum) and have a good relationship with your rep before asking. At the end of the day it’s always going to be no unless you ask so it doesn’t hurt to just ask. Pro tip, you have a better chance of getting a specific discount per product or per brand compared to across the entirety of the order. I hope that helped

These brand names contain the parent company's name and then something in addition. If I get my brand approval on Amazon for the cosmetic branch of my parent company, by giving Amazon the pictures of my product that show this brand, Is it okay for me to register with the USPTO my Parent Company's name?
