This place is trash! It may have a decent appearance, but don’t let that fool you. The HOA here will treat you like you rent your home from them. They are literally tyrants. If you have a family this place will be awful. Imagine a bunch of old people in one place and they are sour as hell, all they have to do is send u letters and fines about YOUR house. All I got to say is if you are thinking about this place, do your self a favor and pass… I sold my house there and I will tell you… much happier

Yes, currently the resale homes are starting at $500.000 the new construction is much tougher to get. The builders are holding lotteries and having buyers bid on homes that occasionally come available.

Unfortunately the three homes that are for sale are all under contract to be sold. No models in this community it was developed several years ago, so only homes would be resale homes.
