@@ReelandRoll gotcha, it was hard to tell since you were kinda constantly moving it around. What's the length without the lip? The db2 is 2.5" and the db3 is 3" without the lip. Normally the model would be printed under the tail end of the bait but probably rubbed/scraped off. The really old models had lead around the line tie in the lip of the bait.

I hope one of the bigger companies rips these off and makes them with TPE, the durability of these are TERRIBLE. I understand most of the best soft plastics have poor durability but the cost is STUPID high for what you get 1-3 pc for $8 and 6-8 pc for $10. I've only used the 3.5" and 5" sizes, for me I get 1 MAYBE 2 fish a bait before I swap them out so I can take them home and repair with mend it, that's the only way to make these things worth it.

I didnt get much action from normal working i had to nearly walk it like a frog and with that tip twitching and a very slow reel i was smoking 10 inch creek fish all the way up to 2.5 lb bass with the thing one of my favorite baits in southwest michigan after using it for 2 days at least for summer but i have great success with a weightless fluke here too. A part of the video I edited out was using a bobber stopper to keep the bait pinned. But the general curve of the clarahead keeps the rig positioned correctly
