They still on Tour. Unlike most other "classics" they still fresh and with a brilliant mix of classics and new stuff. I have seen them more than 40 times over the years. Top notch.

Hace unos días estaba leyendo un comentario de un amigo de esta magnífica sección de KZfaq con génesis y este amigo dijo algo de esta fabulosa y fuera de serie agrupación de que ellos eran los Mozart del siglo xx y yo coincido con este amigo al mil porciento es una verdad más grande que el universo y yo diría que eran y serán por siempre no los Mozart del siglo xx sino que de todos los tiempos hasta el fin de la humanidad.

Oggi sono uscito per fare una lunga camminata e cercando qualcosa su youtube da ascoltare, ho trovato questa fantastica raccolta dei Genesis. Proprio il loro miglior periodo artistico. Io ci sono cresciuto con loro. A partire da Nursery Crime in un crescendo stratosferico. La migliore rappresentazione del rock prog.

It's already happened hundreds of times. Your a little close minded or sheltered. It's a great album but most of the band hated that tour.

@@fiddlerwrik2771 I don't care what they hated. I don't feel this album is as good as Foxtrot or Selling England by the Pound but it is damn good. Best song for me is Carpet Crawlers. Eno made this album more modern sounding than Foxtrot or Selling England. Other noted Eno work Roxy Music For Your Pleasure. Talking Heads 2nd and 4th album David Bowie Devo Are We Not Men U2 Johuaha All these albums are Great in my not so humble opinion 👍😆

Lamb Lies Down on Broadway & a Trick of the Tail are the BEST songs ever to me. Bong hits in my friend's basement after school while we played Genesis over & over. Good times...until Phil went solo lol.

I know all old people say in their day and so forth but its truth that popular music is not as inspirational or creative as it was in the 70s and this band was so soul provoking and musical. Its more that my rose tinted specs I believe. I too was a drop out middle class hippie that went to British public schools. We rebelled but we had a strong foundation something to rebel against. There is nothing to rebel against today as God has died.

С ММЕВ я познакомился в 1979 г.,можно сказать--в прошлом веке,но до сих пор восхищаюсь их музыкой,настоящей,неповторимой,особенной...Довелось быть на их концерте в немецком Нюрнберге,в 1996 г. До сих пор перед глазами это великое Действо во главе с неподражаемым Манфредом и его музыкой!! Великая группа,великая музыка!!

In the time between 1970 to 1977 was Genesis the best group ever. Not so comercial, hits after hits. There was a touch of music and classic. Total amused

It took me some time to appreciate these musical gems in my youth. And it needed a girl I loved madly to show and reveal them to me. Today I love this transcendent sound, and it will always remind me to that mad love, a long, long time ago. Thanks to god!
