If you can get to a chat box...even if you have to click on any of the choices, then type in "talk to agent". Sometimes you have to type it twice before you will get a live person. It still works I just used it yesterday.

Great educational video. The question is! You pay the spot price for gold. How do you mark it up for profit?

That's a good question and a lot depends on the gold. Is it Pure? .999 24k bar? Coins? Jewelry? Or all of the above. For instance a gold bar may be 5% to 15% over spot and still sell to the right buyer. Coins may have a value to a numismatist or coin dealer. In this case it will fetch a higher price. Jewelry may contain gemstones or have an intrinsic design and then sell for 10× the gold value. I would say if your going to sell... then spread the word to family and friends. Maybe they can help get the word out. Sell it on online platforms like ebay. That's what I do when I get it. Especially the gold jewelry. 😁👍

I go to swapmeet and I can affirm, yes, as soon as your friends know you pick-n-sell, they give you all kinds of stuff. All for a deal or free. It's to the point where I can't take anymore stuff. I just don't have the room. I get all kinds of stuff. Pots and pans, kids clothes (they grow so fast they don't even wear out their clothes, except the boys pants always wear holes in knees). I don't sell online only at swapmeet and I do it for the socializing and fun. And I know they help me cause they don't have the room. I beg them to get up early and do it yourself, it's fun. They don't. So just take the blessing and go with it.

Are you saying that if I do all the math as you teach and my ring is worth $200 the pawn shop is going to pay me market value? I don't think so. If my jewelry is worth $200 the pawn shop will offer me $75

Roy, Help us suckers who never get called back from eBay. NEVER. How do other people get them to call? I sit her by the phone, it never rings, and then I get a BS email from them saying they could not contact me because--Blah, Blah, Blah. Excuses that are not valid! I am helpless and can not get my problem solved. It's been this way for years with eBay. Never get that call back. Now I can't even get an AGENT to chat with. It goes directly to "We'll Call you Back." No other option. HA!!! I want to scream.

Sometimes GS means Gold shell. (Plated) it's possible it could be the makes initials. You should have it looked at by a gold dealer. It's free for them to tell you for sure.

How do you ship an item like this for cheap? Rates for a 24x24x36 sized box for example. UPS wants $200-$400 for a 13 pound item. If i sell an item for $100 with free shipping, I would be -300. Is there alternatives? Greyhound bus?

That seems very high priced. I guess it determines where you mailing your item to. Also are you selling it on ebay or some other platform, or through your own website? If you sold it on ebay then tou can print a ups shipping table and get a huge seller discount. In another video I show where I mailed a 149lb wheelchair lift in a box that was around 20x20x38 from Texas to California for $75. Ups ships by cubic volume and weight. Let me know a little more about how you sold your it....ebay, poshmark, mercari, Facebook or how. Let me know more an then I could answer your question much better. 👍

If i enter the dimensions you listed I get Fedex at $106 and UPS at $123. If i do the ones I listed I get UPS at $172. So i guess my question is, To ship items this large do they have to be worth several hundred dollars? I wanted to ship a kids Bigwheel that is the dimensions I gave, It would've sold for about $80-$100 but then it's $172 as the minimum cost for shipping. Id be paying them money lol.

Although I believe they probably have a good program, it's my belief that you would probably benefit more from different reseller KZfaq channels. Especially if it for research or you are considering reselling as a part time/full-time side hustle. I've never joined their program, so I can't give anymore insight about it. I know Rob and Melissa make big sales and lots of freight shipping. So I would think their course would cater towards that way of a business. It's really up to you, but I would check out the free reseller videos first. Good luck! 👍
