Instead of scribbling out information on the label, why don't you just take a piece of paper and tape loops under it and affix it over the label. Also, get a utility/box cutter knife...it's a lot easier than doing what your doing. You should have recorded the tracking number to show others that your opening the correct box that the seller sent back to you too.

As I said to a previousvideo, if ebay does not accept video proof, the judges are definitely going to accept it. You could sue ebay or take some sort of legal action for compensations.

It has been misquoted and cut in half many times over by customers that are horrid and want to get their way no matter what and when the quote is cut in half it changes it's meaning entirely. look at the recorded weight of the package when they sent it back to you. it should EXACTLY match the weight of the parcel that you sent to them,- clearly this does not. . that will prove that they did the scam not someone else while it was in transit

Damn. Has to be good with MothBallJim doing the work. My issue is when I take the lid off the coin trap - the top of the lid comes off but there is another screen in the trap. It has no handle to remove.

It helps if you have a pair of pliers to go along with the screwdriver. Wedge the screwdriver in there and push up the plastic, then grab the plastix tightly with the pliers and give it a good twist until it breaks.

Ebay made their money and they don't care. The real problem is you will spend more time trying to resolve the problem then the product is worth, so sometimes you have to walk away because Ebay purposely makes it so difficult to deal with them so at some point you have to walk away and cut your losses. Ebay is no longer what it once was and it has been taken over by people that are only interested in extraction money out of the original company name. They make money when you get scammed and they help the scammers because they make money either way.
