Yes now meta data got updated by logic apps and two arrays are there hence two loops

Nice video. For the power shell script(Restarter) arguments, I think you mention in the recording the "repo name" follow which follow by the path to ARMTemplateForFactory.json. I think it should be the alias name(_CryptoCopyRepos) of the artifact instead of the repo name.
