Even though the Perk says Personal, in the code it's treated like a party leader perk. Since you can only have one party leader, you only get one bonus to the HP. But I like where you mind was going with that.

The game treats Bandits like a faction. So Looters have a culture of Looter and in the Looter clan. The games needs a way to handle all parties the same way, so those properties had to be added to the bandits too.

That seems like a major issue, that should be fixed.

You can change the base value of some items. Each Town will still calculate a value to them, but it will use the base value in that calculation.

Yep, that's to be expected. Once you craft a weapon you are creating a new weapon template that the game can use to spawn new weapons for. All of the 'standard' weapons you see in towns are templates made from crafting pieces. And that is the reason you can only craft certain weapons. All crafted weapons are made from crafting pieces. And there are only crafting pieces for most weapons. There are no crafting pieces for bows or for armor, so you can't craft those. If TW changes how armor 'exists' in the game and makes it from pieces, then they will add armor crafting. There is a mod for armor crafting, but it's just 'use these crafting materials instead of gold to obtain this item'. There is no real customization to the armor.

Yep, I mentioned that. Hardwood and Charcoal are connected, the Iron materials are all connected and three of the four types of horses are connected and work as well.

If you want to improve the chances of Legendary or get Edge/Tip damage would be the only reason to level anyone, including the player, passed 225.

@@hero_on_youtube but the last perk that increases the chances of legendary is a personal skill - so shouldn´t that work on companions too ? Regarding the 250 perk, you get the dmg-bonus for using crafted weapons- do crafted weapons from companions not count ?

@@user-ry7rd2po7r All Perks in Smithing are 'personal'. They will all work for the companion, IF the companion has the perks.

@@hero_on_youtube well.... the medicine 275 perk is also "personal", but learning that perk doesn´t have any effect (on the party) at all (?)... Regarding smithing: What I still don´t understand is the smithing penalty. Is the smiting penalty for crafting high tier weapons with low smithing skill just a higher chance to get bad modifiers/lower chance to get good modifiers on crafted weapons ? The 100, 200 and 275 perks in game also all say "greater chances of crafting fine/masterwork/legendary weapons". So.... does that mean there is a base chance to craft fine/masterwork/legendary weapons without the perks and/or low smithing skills ? For example: I crafted a few weapons with a new character who had below 50 in the smithing skill. Out of maybe 10 weapons, 2 got a negative modifier (rusty weapon etc.) and one got a positive modifier (balanced weapon) If someone with zero points in smithing would just load the saved game and retry the smithing - in theory he could get a masterwork or legendary weapon with tier one materials and no skills ? You can turn off Birth and Aging when you first start a new game, after you start, I don't think it's possible to change it.

Garments don't go into your Warehouse. Tools from a Smithy is probably the best since you can smelt weapons from battle loot to use as 'free' inputs. Allow any output to the Trader will give you money for the Workshop passively, but if those outputs build up, the Workshop will stop running. I divert 100% to the Warehouse so that doesn't happen.

Yep, I discovered the trade exploit a few years ago, but it existed since the launch of the game in early access.

I used to have a series X but sold it and used it towards my prebuilt because i bought the series x in the first place to play RDR2 at 60fps but was sadly disappointed by 30 fps cap. Imo 1080 p 60 FPS is the bare minimum. Steam has amazing sales all the time most major titles like Spider-Man and I think even god of war are on PC arguably a better Experience. mods, and Free games that you will NOT experience on console like Stalker Anomaly/ Gamma and BF2s Project reality, and the many emulators that exists.

@@GruesomePizza1992 I don't play games in 30fps lol any game I play is over 30 because I agree in 2024 it's pretty unacceptable. Some games I play have fps boost up to 120fps, others I can change a few settings to increase it to around 60-70, and others simply have performance mode. Xbox lets us set refresh rate, and as long as tv/AVR support it, can run 60+. Unsure why you'd buy a series x to play a 6 year old game?
