finally found why I was not able to study for long time. after a 2 hour study session I use reddit for 30 mins. Now I just close my eyes and lay on bed and it helps.

Wow, thank you so much! So simple and brilliant! You are a genius to be pointing out what should have been obvious! (I hear sarcasm but none is intended.)This will work, I know it will!! Thank you, sir for putting everything in my mind back in order. Classical conditioning I understand. Psychotherapy convolutes the issue. Change the behavior, change everything. Life makes sense again and you're the one to blame! I'm tripping on prescription Ketamine right now so this comment is likely disjointed!!! I won't bother with it anymore because you've reminded me that I studied psychology, specializing in behavioral management/modification!!! Yes, I love you! Thank you!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

The story tells many truths. I am a full blooded American capitalist, but from the Mexican fisherman story there is a lesson there to enjoy life. The accent wasn’t necessary for the video, just sayin. I have heard this story on another podcast and thought their version was better. In that version the Mexican asks why more often. Such as you need a bigger boat. Why? To make more money. Why? So that you can hire people. Why? Etc. the anticipation and suspense builds more when the Mexican asks why. Overall nice job on the video and thank you for sharing

I'm learning an analytic technique and while i know i should recode some of the data and know how to do it. It feels difficult and i have not done it in 4 days now. Will start doing that today and simply recode at least one parameters today and everyday preceded by a specific playlist.

Hmmmm then... if the father also trained and played chess almost as much as his daughters, why he was mediocre at chess? He should have been a world class champion, right?
@tellahsage64774 күн бұрын
Not really. Even the strongest hobbyist players in chess are about 2000 rated, that's very VERY far away from a world championship candidate which is usually 2700+, and since Lazslo wasn't raised learning chess pretty much from birth like his daughters that would have been unlikely

Great video. Committing to just 10 minutes a day to important activities will change your life. How to you do this? 1. Time block a set time every day for this activity. 2. Use the Pomodoro technique to insure you spend the require time focused. 3. Pay a tutor, employee or some professional to engage in the activity with you. 4. Gamify your daily productivity on a point basis. This requires that your review/score each day with points. 5. Make a commitment to someone about getting the activity completed. 6. Give yourself a gift or reward if you complete the activity. 7. Give yourself a punishment if you don't compete the activity. 8. Eliminate activities to get this project done. Take a day off work, exercise at home, etc. Figure out ways to get time back. 9. Listen to KZfaq videos about your activity. 10. Complete the activity in the early morning to insure it gets done.

I have many past victories, personal triumphs, ways I stun myself now looking back, wondering: "How the F did I do THAT?"? Those are irrelevant now. Doesn't matter if they were long long ago (which they are now) or ended yesterday. This video is total bullshit.

1:10 "Guiness Records" are a joke. Karl Jobst proved that. Stupid of you or this fake "Navy seal" David Goggins guy to cite that as an "accomplishment".

So currently I'm in that stage where all this detox also kind of doesn't work, watching movies of social media don't excite me anymore, and as usual reading or studying is just out of the picture. So if someone can suggest something I can do please I need the help.

You will not believe in me, because what I gonna say will sound like “old religious stuff”, but the catholics already decoded life. You need to do penance, you need to show to your body who gives the rules by doing really hard stuff against yourself. In the beginning, I’m talk about only taking cold showers and sleeping in hard beds, but you need to show to your body that is you, the person, the soul, that rules him.
