I woke up and immediately googled this song. I am 52 and grew up singing this in church but had totally forgotten about it. When I do listen to Christian music, it's the more modern songs, not the gospel music I grew up on. I'm going through some major health issues and depression, thoughts of ending it and I was woken up in the middle of the night with this song on my mind. I couldn't wait to look it up so I could listen. This has to be God. I haven't heard or thought of this song for over 40 years!
