Great content! How does the salary compare in your opinion?

It depends on a lot of factors including role and company size. Usually you're looking at a slight dip but with much more room to grow. I now make more in a non-clinical role than I ever had the potential for as a retail pharmacist.

I should note that no one has healthCARE goals (except to fix the broken system lol). I meant health and wellness goals.
