This is really great information for beginners/people figuring it out on their own. Great video Henry. I’ve been following you the last 2 years and I come across company’s that do a really bad job on S tile bird netting jobs charging $300 all the time (and then we come to rip it off and install our own. I wish homeowners would understand more easily why company’s like you and I that charge more for better quality service/install is worth it. I just did a cleaning today where the homeowner called me out because their previous company won’t answer the phone for the past month. I asked her what they cleaned with and the price, they did it for $90 a cleaning for 30 panels with a window cleaning brush. Hmmm I wonder why they haven’t been answering lol… 😂

Also I think it would be really cool if you could do a video on how to tell when the C1000 needs replaced or parts replaced. I just bought my 2nd one as a backup in case the other goes out. I used the new one last month to see if there was a difference and I noticed the bird poop came off much quicker. Made me wonder if my bristles were wearing down or maybe my gears were worn out on the old brush.
