I HAVE to mask &/or condition before I even try to tackle my hair and it still takes me atleast an hour id say. With 20 vol I think it should be ok, again I think! It turned D out great. Next you should try the Moroccan Oil platinum mask, it's like that one but, I feel it comes out better looking than the Wella (in my hair) also if yo like silver/gray tones at times, Keracolor in the shade Silver its great (they also have a platinum that is purple based not gray).

This product doesn't not work. Don't waste you money!!

You used a neutral colour and secondly, because your hair was bleached, it had no pigment in it so this colour acted as a filler. Neutral shades reintroduce pigments to bleached, grey and white hair. What you should have done was simply do a second application on the bleached areas and that would have been the actual colour. Simple fix.
