Is toner in the black ink used on a laser printer? Or is that something separate? Ans does it matter how long you foil after printing? Like can u foil a couple days after printing or does it need to be right away?

Does using dye based ink not matter if you are using UV proof laminate over the tops of the printed stickers? Heard of people saying pigment fades less but guessing it's irrelevant with laminate.
