How do I stop the boiler from firing up all the time? I am told to set the water and rediators to 53 or below? This stops the boiler from keeping the water hot all day etc.

Hi I have this boiler it has a separate thermostat in the hall the left dial has been moved by a child I cant remember what it originally displayed but it now shows HE IN above the word cylinder Ive had it years and never moved that I only use right button As I use it manually im quite worried.Any advice please..!

Could be an issue with the radiators themselves? All valves are open and the heater temp is turned all the way up.

Hi my boiler have hot water but not heating on

I’m getting this now after 10 years of installing this boiler. In my case. There’s gas going through but the red light stays on. I restart it and it works for about 1 min then goes back to red again. What could be wrong ?

What about.. when the green light isn't coming on but the boiler seems to be working fine? Showing 1.8bar on the screen. Etecpro 28.

Another use case is away from the boiler if someone accidentally turns a thermostat to zero the boiler won't fire. Always check thermostat dial which might be in your hallway.

I went to turn up the hot water which was on 61 to 65 but then it automatically went back to 61 ??? Tried again and same happened :( you would know why ??
