Hey my friend! So, I’ve had that problem a lot as well, honestly I don’t think there is a good answer other than cook and cut a lot more, if you’re keeping the knife against your knuckle then over time you can continue to self correct and help the issue. For me, anytime I saw that I started going diagonal I would stop, reset and then really focus on keeping it straight. Over time you can slowly correct the habit

True, they are very similar, frittatas just have less dairy and no crust and are cooked slightly different
