You mean volume button not power button. I didn’t now you could push it or hold it down as it’s rotary. Assume it works on IX1 the same way with system 9… just delivered German factory car

*UPDATE* Just installed my new front mats purchased from you. I laughed when I removed my black w/red fabric mats, then the black fabric mats underneath that came w/the car. Why did I laugh? Because I saw two of the round velcro parts - one under each floor mat, left and right. 🤣 Obviously once upon a time, someone had the velcro attachments for their rubber mats as well. ~The passenger side mat is totally awesome = fits perfectly and covers the entire space. The driver side mat I am not impressed with. I do like it, yes, and it's much better than what I had. What I don't like is the part that goes under the brake and clutch as it's is WAY too short. MINI ought to have made the top of that extend longer so that it covers the space underneath both fully and properly. I suspect they designed it this way to make it fit into more cars, differing models perhaps? *A NOTE* If you go to adjust/move your mats into a more properly fitted position? Slide your hand under the mat first and secure the round velcro attachment below or else you will find, as did I, that it all comes right up with the mat. 😂

So I just got black mats for the front of my 2014 Countryman w/the MINI logo on them today after purchasing from your store in eBay. I saw the package with the 4 round things and I was like what are these for? 😂 Instead of trying to figure out the diagrams on the paper that came w/them, I decided to come to YT to search what to do. Lo and behold - here you are! So yes, thanks for making this video! Now I will go outside and see if I can do what you demonstrated and get it done right! ~~I did find it odd that my package came with the plastic hangers (for showcasing inside a store) busted off of the mats, along with the cardboard header which was torn. It does make me wonder if originally these came as 4 mat sets and you all broke them up in order to sell them individually = front mats as one purchase, then rear seat mats as second purchase. In searching online, I do see everywhere seems to do this = selling the front mats separate from the rear. Of course my first thought is that it's all about money. On the other hand, I can see that some people may only want/need front mats or may only want/need rear mats, hence selling them separate allows sellers to offer this option. It sure does strike me as odd though that one cannot buy a FULL set as one purchase. ~~~Back in September of last yr., I had purchased some nice-looking black w/red fabric mats (full set of 4) for my Mini. They looked beautiful, bringing a nice splash of red into the interior. However! The front mat is already showing major signs of wear (fabric wearing right off) AND it slides about which is certainly dangerous when driving, especially w/a manual transmission. I def paid WAY too much for such a flimsy product. So I've been shopping about for better, stronger, safer mats and decided to go with yours. I wanted black with red but didn't find them. (My Mini is red w/black interior.) Anyhoo, these are clearly heavy duty, made to last and they look lovely.
