Excellent video! I just bought a MKIII new in box, never mounted. I also have two earlier G2 models as well that are in near perfect condition. I used to use these early Aimpoints back in the early to mid 80's before selling those firearms and the optics with them. As far as batteries, you can use easier to find LR50/A1PX Alkaline batteries in lieu of the RM1N Mercury batteries. The voltage and milliamperage is slightly higher with the LR50/A1PX but won't harm the emitter.

I got the USP Compact 9mm and the Full sized 9 and the USP compact 45 and full sized LEM! Love my USP 9mm love blood Diamond! I had the 40 Usp and full sized 40 I sold both my USP 40 wasn’t a fan. The 9mm is really where it’s at my USP 45 full sized LEM is amazing though I feel like it recoiled less than my 9 full sized. The recoil on the compact 9 is definitely softer than the USP compact 45 that’s for sure! Great guns USP is my favorite still underrated IMO

Get the HK45 C, looking to get a p2000.. cannot get a USP compact 9mm finger crossed. Have a full size .40 USP great piece. Best to you.

Recently shot my HK P30 V1 at 25 yards. Standing Unsupported (slow fire), I shot 15 rounds of Blazer 124gr. FMJs into a 4.5" Bullseye target, with 10 rounds into the 3" X-Ring! Super accurate for a 3.27" barrel with 5.25" Sight Radius! Better than plenty of other sub compacts I've had in the past. Its my EDC go everywhere package.

LOVE it... So you found it thru work? My BFF. like brother had a similar unfired find a few years back, same boxing and accessories etc. I hooked him up because I didn't have the $$$ at the time. Is it imported by ACC Intrac from Tenn ??? I shoot it so well I actually LIKE the thumb hole stock as does he. He also had a TAPCO stock on another MAK 90 and he finally traded me it for an SKS Paratrooper yesterday... Can't wait to take it out! Since mine has Norinco on the left side of receiver and a Tapco stock, it's probably a Straight/square cut isn't it?

A single CR123 battery works for the electronic mark iiii. You just have to remove the plastic on the outside of battery. I have same optic and it worked on mine. I got lucky and picked one up for 5$ at flea market.

Once to twice a month just wipe you nose and wipe your blade and you shouldn’t have to worry about corrosion. I’ve been carrying the para 3 in maxamet for a few years now and it looks like new. However, I do live in Colorado with little humidity.
