Cool. I make roasted tomato sauce leather that can be used the same way or rehydrated with pasta water to make sauce. Thought I'd make ketchup for travelling with and voila, here's your video. Salsa does well, too. However, I use an Excalibur dehydrator, not an oven, fits more.

I broke an ankle once. I don't remember thinking it was very funny. It was more of a lying on my back, holding my leg and writhing in pain kind of experience. I guess we all respond differently.
