Yeah my problem with the series is not the ambience or the environment… it looks great. It’s the extra travel with the different stadium vantage points. It’s an exhibition during the season and the Mets don’t have games to play around with.

Yes those are contributing factors… in the past, there were some players that also didn’t care much for the end of the regular season… but it didn’t matter because NBC or CBS presented regular season games like they were playoff games, so the games still felt super important. ESPN does the opposite… make regular season games feel like pre-season, and make post season games feel like the 30th game of the season. Watch the East Finals and its presentation compared to the West Finals and TNT, and tell me that ESPN and TNT both present the game properly. You know that TNT is leaps and bounds better than ESPN. And because of that, ESPN’s lazy approach makes it more apparent that players don’t care about the regular season, because ESPN doesn’t either.

22.4 million is not a high dollar investment at QB. That is a cheap investment at QB, and is 18 million less than Dak’s. The whole point is not reworking Dak’s deal and playing Trey Lance on a show me deal in 2025. If he produces than you pay him, and there is optimism. You don’t pay Dak because you know what he is. Be like the Broncos and eat the money and look forward.

Keep in mind the Cowboys can't trade Dak since he has a no trade clause. So more than likely he get's a new deal and Trey gets traded.
