These are helpful to those of us ordering seeds for next year.

Just found your channel and was laughing at how many of the same seeds we have. I think I'm up to around 400 varieties now, but I can "only" grow about 80 types each summer. If you grew Dester, you probably saw that it's more of a classic red beefsteak, but still absolutely delicious - just not purple at all. I am in central NC and was having trouble getting my Cherokee Purples to produce much, so I started growing Bear Creek, which is a Brandywine/Cherokee Purple cross and holy moly does it produce. I think it tastes virtually indistinguishable from Cherokee Purple. I grew Carbon for the first time last year and was blown away. It shot up to my number 1 spot in the purple category. One caveat on "German Johnson." There are lots of iterations of it, some of which are potato leaved and some are regular leaves. When I was in high school and college (back in the 80s/90s), my mom would buy German Johnson starts at a local nursery and they were the best tomatoes I'd ever had. They were very pink, with almost a light purplish cast, and they shimmered, almost like they had a coating of glittery dust on them. I've yet to find the exact same thing as an adult, but I don't believe the seeds you have from MIGardener are those exact ones. They are very, very good, and I have the same seeds, but I'm still searching for that unicorn my mom used to grow. If I ever find it, I'm saving every seed I can get my hands on.

Subscribed! I’m in Florida’s Great Northwest as well - Pensacola. It’s Jan. 26 and I already feel like I’m behind in my tomato starts. Plan to start some next week. I haven’t had much luck with heirlooms due to disease and pest pressure, and our crazy rain. Last year, we had over 20 inches in one week, and my Mortgage Lifters rotted on the vine, but I’m going to give Cherokee Purple a try this year, as well as Everglades cherry tomato. I’ve heard you can’t kill Everglades and they produce until they freeze in the winter. Celebrity has been my go to for years for baseball sized tomatoes that produce well and have pretty decent taste. I have limited space, but I’m definitely going to try some of your suggestions as well. Always love to find a fellow NWF gardener.

So how do u keep your nails grow can u please text me what king of nail polish
@CocoNaty
@CocoNaty Жыл бұрын
Hey Maria! Yes i have to use the nailtiques formula 2 or they will chip and peel. I use that always even as a base coat but a good nail nourishment serum a few times a weeks will help them grow. And if i paint them i only use nail polishes that are 5-free like Zoya and brands you find at natural stores.

@@mariahines4025 it should but nails and diet (health) are very closely related. It would be important to see if you need any kind of minerals or vitamins that can help too. But I’m not an expert so it would be best to ask someone who is.

I'm looking forward to Ananas Noire, too. I've grown seedlings of it for other people, but this year I'm growing it out myself. I hope it's as good as everyone says. I have grown Tasmanian Chocolate before (and I have one growing in a 7 gallon pot right now). They're very good and are actually descended from Paul Robeson tomatoes. You might also like Brazilian Beauty, since you like the dark ones and salad size ones. Also, you might check out Cherokee Tiger Black and Cherokee Tiger Orange if you're interested in other Cherokee types. Those are also dwarfs. I've got seeds for Cherokee Tiger Orange but I haven't grown it yet. Too many tomatoes and not enough space. One of these years I'll get to it. Thanks for the video!

Thanks for the comment Alicia. I definitely fluctuate between having long and short nails. Depending on what I’m doing in the season that I’m in sometimes they’ll be long and pretty and I can take care of them other times they’re short and not as nice lol! I used to have a lot of problems with chipping and peeling but this definitely helps :-)

Great Video, Obviously, the results are true, what Fabulous/Natural looking nails, she is saving about $55 now, going t/a stinkin salon! I guess after covid, everything is going up! I just recently took off the gell stuff, bought nailtique form 2 plus, that went up from the last time I bought abottle a few years ago, now it's $20....rediculous! But this stuff works, anyway, I see you put on 3 nail polishes, I wonder if the other 2 products are as expensive as Nailtique formula, anyway, I bought all the stuff again, to do my own nails, file for natural nails/buffer/cuticle oil, I will go back t/salon t/get a regular maniucure, but this going back 2 weeks for refill crap, no longer, too expensive, & I hate the way my natural nail gets damaged, I have to tell them repeatedly, do not use hard nail files/don't do the see saw method, & don't dig under my nail, but they still do it, anyway, this is such an informative video, very inspiring, I don't think my nails will get as long as yours, but I'm okay with that!

Not at all. :) that’s probably the most secure method that I’ve tried however now I do them completely differently. I don’t like grooving into them because they have a tendency to flake At times so I have to be super careful. Now I just form fit the metal around them, Take it off solder it together a bale and then burnish it on. You see less of the shell but at least it’s not cut into in anyway which I prefer to preserve these Fossils.
