First of all, we were missing our regular full backs, who have a vital role to play in our attack. Secondly we need to attack with more pace and/or width. Our recent goals have shown this is the way around or through the low block. Finally, we are not creating enough chances. We dominated possession had 10 corners, but never looked like scoring from one. Not enough shots on target either. We need to do better. But our fans need to remember this is the first year of a new chapter and we still need the squad to suit the system. I hate losing too btw, i wanted to get into the top 3, but i now think our optimum will be 4th. Which is 4 places higher than all the media experts predicted at the start of the season.

In Ange we trust. Our squad needs work. We need good cover in all 11 positions. Yesterday showed, we missed Porro and Udogie. Their replacements were just not good enough to help break down a stubborn Wolves defence. So yes Werner is worth a place in the squad. His running off the ball has yet to be recognised by his teammates- he will only get better. As to Gallagher, he scored his first goals last Monday. So he is not a new Lampard as some have suggested. But if he is seen as a replacement for PEH, then OK. Again, the club needs to work with Ange to get him the squad he needs to push on and challenge for the title.

5th place might be good enough to get a cl place this season. As the 2 countries that do best in europe both get an extra place. Problem with that is, the tv revenue from your country is largely shared between the teams that qualify from your country. So the tv revenue will be split 5 ways instead of 4.

👏🏾👏🏾 Werner was our most threatening winger while son was away. His pace and dribbling can be scary. Needs fine tuning, hopefully son can coach his runs and shots. Awful assessment from Tony Caserino, tried to pick on an easy target.

Timo won a champion's league. If he is our 3rd or 4th attacking option, that's plenty good for spurs.

I can't seriously predict Timo's future on 5 matches, however I think he's done reasonably well, often we haven't got the ball to him enough in positions where he can go for the bye line and get a cross in, he should have credit for 3 assists as one was chalked off for some reason or another which seemed ridiculous. Also many Chelsea fans will say that he wasn't a flop and that they really liked what he did for the team. He had a very reasonable goal contribution rate there. He can be a valuable player for us and will suit Ange's system, all of our matches are cup finals from here on in and he can operate on either wing should we have any more misfortunes with suspensions or injuries. I wish him well. We could also play him in place of Richie at CF if needed. He doesn't get into my starting eleven, but I see him as a good addition for the rest of the season. COYS !!
