*GOT TO YOUR LEGS DEFENSE* 8:47 - Always cover the head. Push down, as soon as his head is under the lock, he's done. Put his head in the middle 10:07 - How to sprawl properly. Sag your hips and roll them away and down. Turn away from the leg that's captured . 11:45 - How to get behind after a sprawl. Push off the thighs so that the lock is closer to your hips. Lock will not break if it is around the knee. Grab onto something (Butt, ankle). Pressure on the shoulder, fight inside, get behind. 15:37 - Butt drag example. 16:54 - Sprawl drill, focus on retreating, dig your hips in, do this while turning behind. 18:38 - Hips on the shoulders. Need that pressure to get behind 19:52 - Troubleshooting getting around the arm on a butt drag. When you break the lock, you won the position. Don't get in a hurry to spin and bring your legs up. Focus on pressure. Pressure the shoulder by going over or under. 22:33 - Where to grab on a butt drag. *CHEST ON HEAD DEFENSE* 24:33 - Go for the ankle spin behind. If he turns into you, inside cradle. 26:06 - How to cover the head on the spin behind. Forearm on the head, focus on pulling the head in. If he turns his head away from the cradle, finish the double leg. 26:53 - Try to get elbow deep wrapped around the ankle. *HIGH C, DOUBLE LEG DEFENSE* 28:20 - Lean on the head. Shoe laces to the mat, sag on the head. Grab waist with left hand. Circle and retreat till his hands are off legs. 32:15 - Bump head back to middle defense.

Oh my sweet Jesus discount Elvis have you heard the news on the latest folk style wrestling numbers? I'm going to have to create another fake account on Sherdog to come in there and shove them up your all's asses again LOL... I told you slack jawed diots if you didn't convert to Freestyle a long time ago and start actually winning in the international game the sport was doomed and it looks like I'm about to be proved correct yet again... I was looking for you on Facebook but I guess utube will have to do because you're sherdaddies are protecting you on the dog. PS hold the damn camera right on your next video

I don’t post them for comments or views. Simply making the stuff available for those who look for them. Team USA just went 5 for 5 with medals. 2 golds. Lost the team title by one competitive match. It was literally one of the best Olympic performances in over 40 years. By every metric. The USA improved. Hope you’re doing a little better and less grumpy and bitter

@@jaredpresley4602 I'm doing great thanks for asking, got a lotta Mat time and sent a few kids to state, you know the usual. I just thought I'd stop in and see how you were feeling about Dake and Snyder and to offer you a little advice on your video... people tend to respond better when you hold the camera right side up😐👈 * we probably would have done better if we switched to Freestyle huh?🤔👈 hows rmongler doing? Still hiding behind his sherdaddies 😆 send the bois my reguards😗

@@guerrilla1044 Snyder actually did better than I thought he would. He’s improved since changing camps. Wasn’t surprised by Dake at all. For a lot of reasons. As far as freestyle. From Cadet through senior the US has been improving. I assume you are aware of more than just Olympic results. And oh. Btw. Oh and maybe you should try to use your supposed expertise to help North Carolina’s freestyle/Greco team. They did awful. Most of Illinois’ team barely was able to have proper training camps or even a season. And did much better across the board. I’ve learned since I dealt with you that you aren’t unique. Doing the “well I’m a freestyle guy” as a desperate way to gain legitimacy instead of going and getting meaningful experience or results. It’s put you in perspective. Hopefully you decide to be more of an asset than a whiner. I have no idea how you got yourself perma banned multiple times. Honestly. And as far as filming. I usually try to film better but I was helping run the camp so I was more concerned with a bunch of other things. Feel free to dislike the video

@jaredpresley4602 3 жыл бұрын
@@guerrilla1044 don’t really need the help. I’ve explained my view multiple times. You just keep twisting it. If you want to be useful. You should focus on helping North Carolina produce results at Fargo and get kids on cadet/junior world teams. More people might actually take you seriously. Most outsiders who make freestyle/Greco their shtick actually coach it

Love your grandby rolls and all, but I always did something different on top. Instead of pushing in, I waited to see what they did, if they went forward, I would pull, and throw a half nelson inside the arm then slam the left with a leg clamp, when on the left side, visa versa if they were left handed.. If they pushed back, I would pull harder and then throw them left then throw a half as they braced themselves. If they did a sit out, I would pull to the opposite side, then invert roll and force to a flat position, or throw the half, and lock the leg. No grandby possible when doing this style. If I locked the leg, and had the half in full position I would force a 3/4 Nelson from the sitting position rear, and wear them out for the next period, or pin them in it. As long as the progression to the mat remained, they never called a stalemate. At minimum I grabbed back points. I was taught grandby rolls in Illinois and Iowa. I was taught how to counter them in both those states as well. Half Nelson with a leg hook will counter any grandby roll, as long as you’re strong enough to hold the position, and have enough leg strength to counter when needed. This is why weight training is so important. I did a standing grandby roll in Jr. High and was disqualified in a tournament for a “slam to the mat”. Be careful of the rules in you areas. That standing grandby roll was in Yorkville Illinois against Plano Illinois in 1979. Good teaching on several grandby rolls from different positions Sir. Keep on teaching! It is not only a defensive maneuver, but also an offensive maneuver at the same time. Make certain you teach the counter moves of the grandby roll as well.
