Many things cause those symptoms, arthritis as an example, b specific.
@tamalchakraborty59063 жыл бұрын
arthritis involves joints but muscle strains, hematomas, vasculitis, cellulitis all have very similar presentations, clinical findings are not that helpful imo.......the history here is very important, also access to ultrasounds is needed to diagnose rapidly.

I swear to god I honestly hadn't known that I had a blood clot in my legs as the symptoms were vague but then I had the crisis that had led me to drag myself into a and e after I was frightened! I know the signs now though and I am religious with my medication!

@@tiktokhotties8259i an diagnosed currently with dvt and maybe small pe embolus (they decided not to do ctpa scan cause I am 29years old) The gave me enoparin in injection it is anticoagulants. My symptom was that one vein in the leg I think which is connected to the artery can't remember her name exaclti was slightly visible and big while on other leg I couldn't see that vein at all I did d dimer on my own and value was 1.6 and normal value is 0.5 than they did me color doplor and found thrombosis masses. Still even if d dimer is negative my advice to people is to check their veins. The biggest problem is with pe cause it can be asymptomatic until it is to late or the symptoms can be very mild for doctor criterium to send you to ct angiography. I have some symptoms for Pe that come and go and I am on anticoagulants but for now they won't allow me to go for ctpa. I am praying to. The good. Science and medicine have many loopholes but the marketing how they know everything on TV is unbelievable

The symptoms my wife Christine Antoneo Smith complained of when she called me on December 22rd 2015 while I was on duty (LEO) 30 miles away was " my heart is beating out of my chest and I can't breath " 5 1/2 hours later after I took her to the emergency room as I helplessly watched a room full of doctors and nurses fight to regain a pulse.......Chris died at 02:36 December 23 rd 2015. She was only 41 and was about to be a new grandmother to our 1st granddaughter. High doses of blood thinners, intubation and CPR were useless. (All were protocol) If you have DVT, for God sake. Don't minimize the risk and think it's nothing. Stay on top of it. Your family and friends need you.

W Smith I was 41 when I had blood clots in my lungs and I had dragged myself into a and e and had a heparin injection when a blood test had come back abnormal to stop the clot getting bigger and had a ct scan and after that was told I had blood clots in my lungs and they were keeping me in the hospital overnight and I had to wait ages in a and e for a bed on the general respiratory ward to become available and the young nurses were ever so nice when I was chatting to them how I had dragged myself into a and e on the bus wondering how I had managed to have walked in! After they had sorted out my anticoagulant prescription and had given me dinner on the ward they had sent me home and I had asked the nurse about when was it safe to start exercising again and she had asked what was I planning to do so I had said about walking which she had said was great but to stop if I was puffed or it hurt.

Wow, thanks for sharing. God comfort you and your family after the fact. Indeed it is better to be checked earlier than later to be safe rather than sorry.

Seems it will be in 2021, thankfully it’s also now detected early in many aspects as pandemic inoculation’s are being fast track, so is every complication to provide an efficient and positive result, with every patient with underlined concerns, who should sit with your Gp and obtain the right information, thus enabling both to come to successful results.
